12 x 12 x 30 x 30 is an interactive installation by Geert Mul, created as part of the exhibition Kind & Kunst at Museum Het Valkhof in Nijmegen. The installation featured a floor of 144 tiled squares, onto which an endless stream of children’s drawings was brought to life through video projection.

In total, Mul processed around 3,000 drawings, which moved across the floor in constantly changing patterns. The combination of computer technology and projection transformed the museum into a playful canvas filled with imagination and creativity. The result was a dynamic and poetic experience that placed the imaginative world of children at its heart.
