With his signature attention to detail, Taneda designed both the fa\u00e7ade and the interior of the cube, creating an enchanting space that immersed visitors in a poetic, cinematic experience. The project brought Taneda\u2019s distinctive aesthetic \u2014 known from films such as Kill Bill and Memoirs of a Geisha \u2014 to the center of Rotterdam, introducing a touch of Japanese film culture into the public realm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"692\" data-end=\"1208\">The installation was commissioned by Sculpture International Rotterdam and produced by Mothership. During the International Film Festival Rotterdam, the Cube served as a striking urban intervention. Co2RO created the lighting design, which brought the artwork to life at night and heightened its sense of wonder.
