This impressive, reflective sculpture marked the 25th anniversary of the museum, which is housed in a former wool mill and named after Jan de Pont \u2014 lawyer, businessman, and patron of contemporary art.<\/p>\n<p>Sky Mirror was installed in public space, directly in front of the museum, where it captures and reflects the sky. The official unveiling took place in the presence of Princess Beatrix, Anish Kapoor, and museum director Hendrik Driessen.<\/p>\n<p>Commissioned by Brabant C and the Municipality of Tilburg, Mothership played a central role in the realization of this project. Mothership managed the participation process, execution, project management, and curatorship. With the arrival of Sky Mirror, Tilburg gained not only a monumental artwork but also a powerful visual symbol.
