The publication emerged from a desire to move beyond the traditional exhibition format and to give shape to the collaboration between the two cities in a direct and creative manner.<\/p>\n<p>The project fit seamlessly within that year\u2019s festival theme, Antwerp, the Mirror of Rotterdam, in which artists from both cities explored and questioned each other\u2019s work, culture, and urban context.
