Feyenoord Championship Projection

On Sunday, May 14, 2017, Rotterdam erupted with joy. After 18 years, Feyenoord once again claimed the national championship — and that called for a celebration: grand, loud, and impossible to miss. Mothership gave that joy an extra dimension with spectacular projections on the most iconic building along the Maas: De Rotterdam. Commissioned by L’Etoile Properties, Mothership developed the concept and handled both production and project management. Immediately after the final whistle, live championship footage was projected onto the façade — a visual tribute that illuminated the skyline with pride every evening for an entire week.

Again in 2023, during Feyenoord’s next championship celebration, Mothership created large-scale projections — this time at Hofplein — once more marking the victory in a spectacular and memorable way.
