Welcome to the Royal Beach

Welcome to the Royal Beach is a colorful mural and sticker installation by Studio Ruwedata and Ephameron, created in the Scheveningen Bad parking garage in The Hague. The work celebrates the city’s seaside identity and connects three themes: The Hague’s royal allure, its relaxed coastal atmosphere, and its international reputation as a city of peace and justice.

Mothership acted as curator, executor, and project manager for this project. By aligning concept and location and overseeing the technical realization, Mothership transformed this underground space into a visual landmark that welcomes residents and visitors to the beach — in true royal style.
